Introduction

Welcome to HabitsWonder! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitsWonder mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Leeta Technology Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

Use of the App

Account Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

Personal Use: The App is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Subscriptions

Subscription Plans: HabitsWonder offers a yearly subscription priced at US$4.99 ("Subscription"). The Subscription provides access to premium features and content within the App.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.

User Content

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit or post through the App, including journal entries and habit logs.

Rights: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us.

Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's operation or your use of it.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
